What we collect

An anonymous device identifier (a cookie) so your reading progress and preview pack survive a page reload; your email and name if you sign in (via Clerk); payment details handled by Stripe (we never see card numbers); the targets you enter to build a pack, including any resume or job description you choose to upload; and usage events (pages viewed, packs built) for product analytics.

How we use it

To build your packs, to bill you, to send receipts and payment notices through Stripe, and to understand which parts of the product work. Pack contents are private to you and never published or used to train models. Resumes are used only to shape your pack.

Vercel (hosting, analytics), Neon (database), Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Parallel (research and generation), Sentry (error reporting).

Your choices

To delete your account and everything attached to it (packs, resumes, progress), email support@prepline.ai from the address you signed in with; we confirm within two business days and delete within 30 days. We do not sell personal data.
